The fees for the main conference and the workshops are shown in the table below (registration fees are in Euro – EUR)

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to contactcolloque@insavalor.fr
Registration fees may be refunded as follows:
- Before July 31, 2019 : 75% Refund.
- July 31- August 31, 2019 : 25% Refund.
- After August 31, 2019 : No Refund.
The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the SRDS 2019 Registration Department is received.
No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the lecture room or any other incidents during the meeting, which are beyond the control of the meeting organisers.
No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues, however, we welcome substitute delegates at any time. By registering to the SRDS 2019 participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the organising office assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance. The conference fee does not include insurance.
Visa Letters
If you require a visa letter, please contact Gabriela Bosetti, Rania Talbi and Senda Romdhani with the following information:
- A copy of your passport
- Your current postal mail address
- Your conference registration confirmation number
- If you have papers accepted for the conference, please provide the titles and indicate whether you are the ‘sole author’ or a ‘co-author’.
Please note that the conference admission price will be required in advance of the visa letter. Attendees who need a visa should be particularly careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance.
